To better align with our business development strategy, we would like to inform you that as of May 5, 2025, our company has officially changed its name from: GREEN SMART SOLUTIONS CO, LTD to GREEN SMART TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS JOINT STOCK COMPANY

• All other company information (tax code, registered address, phone number, email, and nuber bank account) remains unchanged.
• The new name will be used in all future business transactions, including contracts, agreements, invoices, and other relevant documents.

This change does not affect the validity or execution of any existing contracts. If needed, we will support partners in updating appendices with the new company name.
